Return and exchange instructions
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act and other relevant laws and regulations in Taiwan, SperoTea provides members with the right of “seven-day appreciation hesitation period”. Please note that the appreciation period is not a trial period, if you receive any unsatisfactory items after inspection, please do not open and use, and immediately return in accordance with the return policy. If the product you purchase is a food product, please do not open the package, once the package is opened so that the food in the package is exposed to air, the return or exchange will be refused.
To return or exchange an item, please be sure to contact SperoTea customer service staff within 7 days of arrival and provide the purchase order number for the return, the returned product must be in new condition and in complete packaging. Please send the returned goods to SperoTea within 7 days after notifying the return, indicating the exchange or refund, detailed condition and signature, otherwise no return or exchange service will be provided. We will handle it for you immediately upon receipt of the goods, and refund the postage (postage limit is $100) when the refund is made. Overseas shipping (non-Taiwan delivery) except for the defect of the product itself, overseas shopping will not accept return and exchange service, please confirm the item before placing an order, if there is a defect in the product, please use the website customer service to inform us, we will assist you to deal with the subsequent goods.
Return and exchange criteria
Tea is a food product, taking into account hygiene factors, the goods you return must be unused and complete new products, and please maintain the integrity of the goods themselves, their accessories, gifts, invoices and other accompanying information, and please use the original packaging carton used for delivery to pack the returned goods properly, if the original carton has been lost, please use another carton to cover the original packaging of the product, do not directly paste paper or write text on the original packaging. Currently, exchanges can only be made for the same item. If you wish to exchange for another item or size, please refund the original item before reordering the item you need. For exchanges, please inform us of the equivalent value you wish to exchange. (If the exchange item exceeds the original product amount, please pay the price difference; Eligibility, group purchase or free shipping conditions still apply, and purchasers will be charged a round-trip home delivery fee. If the product to be returned is a promotional product sold as a set to participate in any event (such as an event of X box XX yuan), it cannot be returned individually, and the set must be returned together. It shall be ensured that the goods returned to us are maintained in the condition of the buyer at the time of receipt, including but not limited to the product body, accessories, gifts, etc., if it is necessary to exceed the inspection or other reasons attributable to the buyer for the wear and tear of the product or packaging, it will affect the buyer’s rights and interests in return.
Refund criteria
The Purchaser hereby agrees to request a refund only in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy if:
1. The product has not been received
2. The product is defective
3. Official delivery of products that do not meet the agreed specifications (such as wrong tea, weight, etc.)
4. A 7-day hesitation period in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act and other relevant laws and regulations
